The taste isn't bad, it tastes more like a drink that is intended to have health benefits as opposed to being focused on taste though. It mixes easily with water.

"The ingredients show that theres a good amount of vitamins but also some other stuff which im not sure about and states you should only have 1 a day while also indicating you should consult a doctor.

15 sachets for ?9.99 feels quite expensive for what you get because they are only really good for 250ml of water, beyond that the flavour gets alot weaker. I usually drink alot more than that during my workouts.

As to the effects im not very convinced im hydrated twice as fast or really getting much more benefit than just having a balanced diet and drinking water.

I got the summer fruits and its easy to make up a batch, as it disolves well with just a couple of shakes; in the right concentration it does taste good but that seems to be all it is for me.

I cant really recommend something like this unless i see/feel the effects being much different than without it.

"OK there's good and bad I believe about this product. Firstly, the good: it comes in 15 separate sachets that are easy to rip open. The process is simple, just mix with water. The taste is good, it is very sweet. There was little-to-no residue left in the glass after drinking which to me suggests the product mixes well with water.

Now for the downsides...well the biggest downside for me is that it is made with sweetener. For me this makes it hard to trust the product. I don't mean like it is up to anything nefarious or bad for me, I mean if I drink this and feel ""up"" afterwards, is it because the product is good and effective or is it because I am essentially on a sugar high? Additionally though admittedly a smaller concern, I do not like that the product directions are to mix with 250ml of water. This seems quite common so you may wonder why it bothers me. It bothers me because who exactly has a glass or a cup/mug that is 250ml? I guess maybe if you have kids you might but I'm an adult man and all of my glasses are bigger than 250ml. Why does this seem to be a standard measurement? Boils my blood.

Look the product is easy to use and does taste nice if a little sweet. I personally am not 100% convinced by it hence the 4* review but if you are not bothered by the presence of the sweetener then go for it and enjoy yourself.
